Vaccine product discrimination

Adrian McErlean made this Freedom of Information request to Equality Commission for Northern Ireland

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Equality Commission for Northern Ireland should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Equality Commission for Northern Ireland,

Hello I have a few questions
Can a private employer force an employee to take the covid19 vaccine product or any vaccine products?
Can an employer dismiss an employee for refusing a vaccine product?
Can an airline discriminate against people that don't get the covid19 vaccine product and stop them flying?

The human rights act 1998 only applies to public authorities.
The Nuremberg code says no-one can be discriminated against refusing any medical treatments and cant be forced into taking a medical treatment

Thanks for taking time to read my email

Yours faithfully,

Adrian McErlean

Your enquiry was referred to the Discrimination Advice Team.  This team

discriminated against under the anti-discrimination legislation, on one of
the above protected grounds.

If you believe you have been discriminated against, you can view
