Vaccine product discrimination
Dear Equality Commission for Northern Ireland,
Hello I have a few questions
Can a private employer force an employee to take the covid19 vaccine product or any vaccine products?
Can an employer dismiss an employee for refusing a vaccine product?
Can an airline discriminate against people that don't get the covid19 vaccine product and stop them flying?
The human rights act 1998 only applies to public authorities.
The Nuremberg code says no-one can be discriminated against refusing any medical treatments and cant be forced into taking a medical treatment
Thanks for taking time to read my email
Yours faithfully,
Adrian McErlean
