Dear Public Health England,

I would like to know how many records you have of people claiming to have had adverse reactions to the Covid19 vaccines. I would like for the types of reactions reported to to be categorised if possible e.g. The total number of reported blood clots, anaphylactic shock, deaths etc.

Yours faithfully,

Ian Dalton

Dear FOI,

Thank you for your reply. I'm aware of the weekly reports you have referred me to. However please allow me to clarify my request because the data on that website is not what I'm looking for with this request.

I would like a tabulated collection of all the data you hold regarding reports of adverse reactions to the Covid19 vaccines. That's to say I'd like a spreadsheet containing all reports to date along with details of each report, for example the time and date of the report and the type of reaction that has been reported i.e. Allergic reaction, blood clot, death etc. A simple spreadsheet containing all of this relevant information would suffice.

Yours sincerely,

Ian Dalton
