Dear KMBC Complaints DCR,
F2021.06.4466.
15 Days have expired and you have not responded to my request for an internal review.
Today, in the ECHO, the Council stated, "“Those staff who have not been vaccinated may be required to take multiple periods of fully paid additional leave in order to self-isolate (if they are unable to work from home), whilst their fully vaccinated colleagues will be expected to work, and may even have to help to cover the work of their absent colleagues"
Therefore, it is abundantly clear, that you hold the information as to how many Council staff have been vaccinated.
Yours sincerely,
Paul Woods

Dear Freedom of Information,
I referenced two links in my request for an internal review, one specifically related to ALL Council employees:
https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liv...
And I quoted what Knowsley Council stated:
“Those staff who have not been vaccinated may be required to take multiple periods of fully paid additional leave in order to self-isolate (if they are unable to work from home), whilst their fully vaccinated colleagues will be expected to work, and may even have to help to cover the work of their absent colleagues"
This is only possible if you know the vaccine status of every employee.
You also state on your website - https://www.knowsley.gov.uk/system-pages...
that "NHSE is looking to prioritise COVID vaccination for frontline staff for critical public service, to achieve this, workplaces are required to provide identifiable information about all recipients. "
You can give me the figure for health and social care staff, but I believe, according to the evidence I've given, that you must have figures for "all recipients" and those who are not recipients will be unvaccinated.
Yours sincerely,
Paul Woods
