Dear Kerry,
I am only interested in correspondence ( letters and emails) in relation to long term vacant properties. I do not wish to have information on properties going temporarily vacant due to changes in ownership or Tenancy.
I specified two particular properties which have been vacant for several years and am interested in information on properties which have been vacant for any period exceeding twelve(12) months.
That should clarify matters for you and the other Council Officers.
Yours sincerely,
Michael Edwards
