Vacant council houses

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, London Borough of Hackney should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Hackney Borough Council,

I'd like to request the following information is released, if held:

- The number of vacant council houses in the borough, as of 23 November 2023.

- Of these, the number of vacant properties which have an energy performance certificate (EPC) rating of C or above.

- The longest period of time in which a currently vacant council house has been without a tenant.

- The current length of the borough's waiting list for social housing, as of 23 November 2022.
