Dear Greenwich Borough Council,
I'd like to request the following information is released, if held:
- The number of vacant council houses in the borough, as of 23 November 2023.
- Of these, the number of vacant properties which have an energy performance certificate (EPC) rating of C or above.
- The longest period of time in which a currently vacant council house has been without a tenant.
- The current length of the borough's waiting list for social housing, as of 23 November 2022.

Our response is as follows:
- The number of vacant council houses in the borough, as of 23 November
2023.

- Of these, the number of vacant properties which have an energy

We do not record this information.
- The longest period of time in which a currently vacant council house has
been without a tenant.
1,142 days
- The current length of the borough's waiting list for social housing, as
of 23 November 2022.
We are unable to report as of 23 November 2023. However, we can provide
the figure as at 28 November 2023. The figure is 28367. This is based on
applicants on the Choice Based Letting List with a live or suspended
bidding status. This includes those waiting for either general needs,
sheltered and adapted accommodation properties.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your request, you can ask
for an Internal Review. Internal review requests must be submitted within
two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original

apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision.
