Could you please provide me with the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1. The addresses and a brief description (eg, shop, office, etc), and rateable value of all commercial premises with a current rateable value under £40,000 within the Poole Borough Council area.


2. The names and addresses of the organisations or companies who own the premises referred to in (1)
