Could you please provide me with the following information under
the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

1/ The addresses, a brief description
(eg,shop,office,warehouse,etc,) and rateable value of all vacant
commercial premises with a current rateable value over £ 40,000
within the Hartlepool Council area.


2/ The names and addresses of the organisations or companies who
own those properties referred to in (1).
