Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Regarding your G7 Policy Team Leaders vacancy:

At the interview stage:
1) how many applicants scored an average of 16 or more across all four behaviours and
scored an average of 8 or more across all for strengths

- of these how many came from the BAME community

Of those applicants who scored an average of 16 or more across all four behaviours and scored an average of 8 or more across all for strengths

2) how many of these were unsuccessful as they scored a 3 or less for one or more
behaviours and/or scored 2 or less for a behaviour

- of these how many were internal applicants

- of those who were unsuccessful - as in 2) came from the BAME community

Some parts of DWP use an average score. This will help me understand if an average score is a better approach. If you do not have this information. Could you send me what you have so that I can determine this for myself.

Yours faithfully,

David Smith
