Information Request – Vacancies and Recruitment Information

 

I am writing with regard to your Freedom of Information request on 9
January 2016 that was received by NHS Health Scotland on the next working
day 11 January, in which you ask the following:

 

“Please provide me with the following information as at the current date:

NHS Health Scotland can provide a full response to your Freedom of
Information request.  Responses to questions 1-2c are detailed below, and
the policy requested in question 3 is attached.

The Act gives you the right to ask the Chief Executive to review our
decision regarding the above request.  If you wish to do this, you should
make your request to the Chief Executive within 40 working days of receipt
of this letter.

 

We ask that you make this request in a recordable format (letter, email,
audio tape etc) and that you note that when this request is received it
may be dealt with by a Head of Department or Director who will review the
original decision and any supporting arguments you may wish to make.

 

The Head of Department/Director will then consult the Chief Executive
before responding to you, all within 20 working days.
