Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,
With regards to the non-fee paying section of the V888 form, could I please have the following info,

1) What information can/cannot be obtained by using the non fee-paying request.
2) What is the average response time.
3) What info would I be able to recieve if I used the fee-paying section (this question is most likely answered in #1 but nonetheless).
