the questions themselves below. 

* Year 2019 is interpreted as applications received in October 2018,
receiving an offer in January 2019 (and so on). 

* Applicant numbers are those applying directly to Murray Edwards plus
"Open" applications assigned to Murray Edwards. 

* Offer numbers also include offers made at the Winter Pool.
