Dear HM Revenue and Customs,

I am conducting research on the scale of user research in government. Please could you tell me:

(1) How many user researchers presently work at HMRC?; and

(2) How much HMRC has spent annually on user research for each of the previous five years?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Yours faithfully,

Joe Tomlinson
