Dear FOIREQUEST(LPT) (LINCOLNSHIRE PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),

I didn't ask whether the Trust had any contracts with Oxehealth or had purchased any Oxehealth product. I asked for any information you have regarding contracts with Oxehealth or the funding of Oxehealth products, including any plans for either of those.

If the Trust has no information regarding contracts with Oxehealth or funding of Oxehealth products, why does the Find a Tender service list a contract awarded to "Oxyhealth" for vision based patient monitoring systems?

"Contract No
LPS-PROC-1517
A contract/lot is awarded: Yes"
https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/N...

The Trust posted that it had awarded a contract with a total value of £150,000, but holds no information relating to funding this technology or contracts with this company? The notice called the technology "clearly a requirement" and listed specific modules it would include, but the Trust doesn't hold any information that's based on - no business case, no meetings to discuss its procurement? If the Trust decided not to go ahead with a contract with Oxehealth, it holds no information about that decision?

Yours sincerely,

K. Wren

Good morning K. Wren,

After discussions held with our departments, we can confirm that this product was proposed to the Trust but due to privacy and dignity concerns, we never installed/used this within our Trust. With regards to the VEAT notice, we can confirm that this is incorrect, and our department is now working to remove this.

Sorry for all the confusion caused, and we would like to thank you for bringing this incorrect VEAT notice to our attention. This will be removed in the near future.

Thank you,

Dear FOIREQUEST(LPT) (LINCOLNSHIRE PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),

Thank you very much for clarifying that.

Can you confirm that the Trust doesn't have any information relating to plans for contracts, spending, or funding regarding Oxehealth products, including plans the Trust didn't go ahead with? From the "discussions held" in your response it sounds like it doesn't, but I wanted to be sure.

Yours sincerely,

K. Wren

Good morning K. Wren,

Sorry for the late response to your below email, I have just returned from leave.

By discussion held, this was referring to the discussion I have with the departments involved, not discussions held between Oxehealth and the Trust.

Thank you,
