This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council,

Further to my previous FOI request, reference 5296 you kindly detailed that the deductions made to Amey totalled £153,245 and the "funds are being held in a dedicated One Trafford reserve account which is separate from other Council funds. Decisions have not
yet been made on how the monies will be reinvested".

This FOI request relates to:
1). What decisions have been reached for how the £153,245 will be invested..?
2). How much has been spent/allocated to date and a summary of the expenditure..?
3). What consultation was undertaken with the local community and voluntary groups in respect of how the £153,245 could be invested..?
4). Which Council members are responsible for the allocation of these funds (Name and title please).

Yours faithfully,

Dr kevin parker
