Use of Variable Message Signs to present anti-littering messages

The request was successful.

Dear Highways Agency,

Further to the commitment made in your Litter Strategy document of 2013:

http://assets.highways.gov.uk/about-us/c...

to continue the use of Variable Message Signs (VMS) to present behaviour influencing anti-littering messages to drivers and vehicle passengers we would appreciate you telling us what messages have been displayed, where on the network, when and for how long since then.

Our expectation is that you should be able to present a detailed schedule of this information in an editable format such as a CSV file or Excel spreadsheet.

We would also be interested to know whether you have picked up any reaction to their use in social media and what this comprised.

Yours faithfully,

Zilch UK
