April. We are dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. If you requested environmental information, we will
also take into account the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

We must usually provide a full response to requests within 20 working days
unless the request is very complex or if we must carry out a public
interest test (in such cases we may extend the response deadline).
Sometimes the Council might not hold the information or there is a reason
we must withhold it. We will write to you in any event. We intend to reply
at the latest by 30th May.

If you have any preferences regarding the format in which we should supply
the information - for example, language, audio, large print and so on,
then please let us know.

In some cases, we may ask you to pay a fee before we deal with your
