Thank you for your request for information dated 8 August 2019. We have
considered this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

 

Your Request

 

Please tell me of the leaseholder  homes that have been bought back from
the residents on central hill estate  by homes for lambeth/lambeth how
many are now rented out by homes for lambeth and for how much per
property.

 

Our Response

 

As of 5th September 2019, a total of 44 leaseholder homes have been bought
back in Central Hill estate. Currently, Home for Lambeth is renting via
Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs), 14 of these homes on Central Hill. The
rent levels on these properties are market rent and the level paid by
residents is private. The advertised rents can be viewed at the agents

Right to Review
