Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,

Could you please release any information held by the council on:

i/ If specific seats / desks are routinely allocated for the use of the press at council meetings.
ii/ Who is permitted to use those desks, (How permission is obtained, what form of identification/authorisation is required etc.)

I suspect this request may be best answered by releasing the complete policy or chair's guidance on the subject if such documents exist.
