3). The type of PPE each purchasing member purchased e.g disposable aprons,masks, gloves, fluid resistant face masks, surgical mask with and without integrated visor, full face shield/visor, hazard & safety wear, work wear, weather wear and footwear etc.
4). The total amount of PPE purchased by each purchasing member
5). How many suppliers were on the framework when it began in 2017
6). How many suppliers are on the framework as of June 30th 2020
7). How many suppliers were able to fulfill orders between March 17th and July 3rd 2020
8). How many suppliers were unable to fulfill orders between March 17th and July 3rd 2020
9). Please also supply total spend data by month for the years 2018, 2019 and 2020

To aid analysis of the data that you supply in response of this request could I ask that it be provided in either CVS or XLS format

In response to your request, please see below.

 

Based on your FOI request dated 6th July 2020. The answers to each point
raised are listed below

 

1. Management Information not available for this period at present.
Collection of Management Information has been adversely impacted by the
COVID-19 Pandemic and subsequent lock down period.

2. Same as 1. above.

3. Same as 1. above.

4. Same as 1. above.

5. 21 suppliers were accepted onto the framework.

6. There are 18 active suppliers on the framework currently.

7. All suppliers on the framework were able to supply PPE items with
increased lead/delivery times.

8. All suppliers on the framework were able to supply PPE items with
increased lead/delivery times.

9. Management information is collected quarterly by Scotland Excel and
below are the totals for the calendar years 2018 and 2019. No management
information is available for 2020 at this time. Collection of Management
Information has been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic and
subsequent lock down period.
