Use of Haringey Council facilities by the companies bidding for the Haringey Development Vehicle contract

This FOI request relates to the use of Haringey Council facilities and any other resources by the companies - Lendlease, Morgan Sindall with Affinity Sutton and Circle; and Pinnacle with Starwood Capital and Catalyst - who were short-listed as bidders for the Haringey Development Vehicle contract. This request also cover any persons or agency working on behalf of any of the bidders.

Have any Haringey Council facilities been made available to any of the HDV bidders in respect of them preparing their bids for this contract and submitting them? The facilities covered by the request include: office space, desk space, use of photocopiers and any IT system, use of council telephones, use of rooms and room hire, internal and external mail, any other resources not specified above

This request for information cover the financial years 2015/16, 2016/17, and 2017/18 to date. Please set out any planned use of resources and facilities by any of the above mentioned bidders for the remainder of 2017/18.

If any facilities were made available, then what was the cost and did the Council receive any payment? Please provide all financial details.

I can confirm that Haringey Council facilities have not been made
available to any of the HDV bidders in respect of them preparing and/or
submitting their bids  for the HDV contract.
