please find our response below.

I am writing to ask for the names of any consultancy firms or advisory
companies used when developing Hull's cultural policies, particularly the
City of Culture, and also in relation to the Fruit Market development.

The only consultancy used in the development of Hull’s Cultural Strategy
2016 -26 was:

o Wafer Hadley Ltd

For the UK City of  Culture 2017 bid, in 2013 - mid 2014 we used:

o Andrew Dixon (Culture Creativity Place Ltd)

Both of these services were procured through formal tender.

With regard to the Fruit Market development, we have not used any
consultancy or advisory contracts in developing Hull's cultural policies
for this.

We hope that you will be satisfied with our response and should you
require any further information then please do not hesitate to contact
