Hi Karen,

This FOI request was originally sent to me and Ash, and it would appear
that Ash has asked you to deal with it and there has been some duplication
in what you and I have done.

I emailed all Heads of Services to ask if their employees or contractors
used body cameras. The only replies that I have received so far that are
not “Nil” responses are from Tim Braund (copy attached), who indicates
that while Environmental Health have a camera they don’t use it, and from
Keith Postlethwaite (copy attached), who indicates that the Parking
Enforcement contractor uses them.

If I receive any other relevant information, I will pass it on. Would you
be able to take ownership of this FOI request now and complete it?

Regards,

Karen

This one has already come to me and Shaun, and is in my list of respond
to,

I have spoken with Keith and ask for the details of the parking
enforcement people as they use them, but retain their own data.

I have one in community Safety and is used for a variety if enforcement
bits and I am aware there is one in Environmental health but I am not sure
how well used etc and need to speak with Tim,

But this is now all covered by the CCTV policy adopted last night too

I will respond at some point before the deadline, unless anyone else wants
to!
