Use of Agency staff for roofing works and purchase of access platform equipment

Dear South Tyneside Homes,

Would you please forward me a detailed breakdown of all costs for the use of Agency workers to carry out roofing works in your repairs & maintenance department I . E roofing operatives between the following dates March 2010 to October 24th 2010.

Would you also please inform me how much STH has spent on scaffolding access platform purchases for their own operatives to use / erect in 2010.

Would you please inform me of the exact figures that STH has spent on the hire of scaffolding from scaffolding contractors for repairs and maintenance and separately for in house decent homes works since January 2008 to date.

Would you please provide me with the total figure that STH has spent on scaffolding ONLY whilst allocating full roof renewals to contractors who acquired their own scaffolding for Decent Homes works from January 2008 to date.

Would you please provide me with a list of contractors whom are on your select list of scaffolding providers.

Would you please provide me with the exact criteria that scaffolding companies must meet to be included on your select list to provide the hire and erection of scaffolding to STH
