20^th May, 2021,  as it has been brought to our attention that the
information is not correct.

The Council takes our responsibilities under the Act very seriously and we
are sorry for this error and for any confusion this may have caused.

 

Please find the revised response to the following questions:

 

1 - How many qualified social workers were working on a temporary (agency)
basis at the Council on 1st April 2021, split by:

a)     Children’s Services social work roles

       Response: 54.6 FTE

 

b) Adults’ Services social work roles

 

    Response: 18 FTE

 

2 - What was the total spend by your organisation on temporary (agency)
social work professionals during the financial year 1/4/20 to 31/3/21?

 

     Response: £4.619m
