We are writing in response to your email received by Post Office Limited (“Post 
Office”) on 9 May, which has been dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of 
Information Act 2000 (“FOIA”).  
 
In your email you have requested the information shown verbatim in bold below: 
 
“Email title: “Use by POL of Law Firm Smith Bowyer Clarke” 
From 2016 to the present can you say what years you have used this firm and 
how much they were paid in each year.If they were never used simply state that.If 
they are on a retainer or fixed annual payment whether used or not please make 
this clear and the cost involved.In short how much has this Firm received from 
Post Office?” 
 
We can confirm that Post Office does not hold the information you have requested. 
 
Following a search of our records, we can confirm we have no record of the 
company “Smith Bowyer Clarke” being paid by Post Office.
