Dear Cabinet Office,

This request relates to the "checklist" and "tricky issues"/"privacy impact assessment" slides (ie numbered 5 & 6) of this Cabinet Office publication:

i) Can you please provide any completed copies of those templates for projects that have been reviewed/approved/accepted by the Cabinet Office data team?

ii) Can you also provide an estimate of the number of projects which have not yet successfully left the Cabinet Office review/approval/acceptance process? Feel free to include or exclude projects currently under review, but please state which the estimate relates to.

iii) Can you please provide the Departments that have one or more projects included in part ii?
