Usage of Electronic Variable Message Signs (VMS) on UK motorway & trunk road system.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Highways England Company Limited,

1) On how many occasions has the message "KEEP LEFT UNLESS OVERTAKING" (or similar) been displayed by electronic variable message signs (VMS?) on the motorway and trunk road system in the UK - since and including 2013?

2) On how many occasions has the message "DON'T HOG THE MIDDLE LANE" (or similar) been displayed by electronic variable message signs (VMS?) on the motorway and trunk road system in the UK - since and including 2013?

Yours faithfully,

Jack Taylor
