I am searching for information on a USAF aircrash circa 1955 where a fast jet came down on the Cassillis Estate at Trees Farm. The exact location is unknown but is in the area of NS273118.

Are you able to confirm the details surrounding the crash; aircraft type, cause of crash, fatalities if any and any other pertinent information?
