Under the FOIA please disclose/discover :

1. The total amount of revenue generated from advertising on the
BBC news web site (or a wider collection of BBC web sites if no
specifics for the BBC news web site are available).

2. What proportion of non-UK traffic of the web site / sites in (1)
are from the USA.

3. The amount of US corporation tax paid by the BBC on the
advertising revenue in (1).

4. Please comment on this :
The FOIA derogations [as grounds for possible exemption from FOIR] for journalistic integrity
are not provided to give the BBC a blanket to erect secrecy around its financial structure, in particular when such secrecy could be used to avoid taxes. The intention of Parliament creating such derogations was never to exempt the BBC from possible tax avoidance. Please note that my intention is not to influence any artistic output but only the pursue of transparency regarding the tax matters of the BBC in the wider public interest. Parliament never intended that the BBC could hide behind ‘’journalistic, artistic and literary integrity’’ for possible tax avoidance purposes. It the BBC has nothing to hide why would they insist in using exemptions from public disclosure that are not applicable to this individual request for disclosure?.

5. 4. Please comment on this :
Tax liability disclosure for full compliance as parliament intended cannot possibly, in contrast to the BBC’s assertions, ‘’create the BBC's output or information’’ or ‘’put them at a commercial disadvantage’’.

6. Please also explain how the requested disclosure could possibly ‘’create the BBC's output or information’’ or put them at a commercial disadvantage.
