Reference: Urgent information request on peregrine falcon nest sites in the Alston area.
Please supply all the information that you hold on peregrine falcon
nests that have had eggs illegally taken in 2006 near the Alston
area from March to June 2006. I am especially interested in any crime reports of peregrine
falcon eggs being illegally taking in 2006 in the Alston area and I
also want to know if there was no crime reports in relation to the
aforesaid.
Has there been any police inquiries in relation to John Dodsworth taking peregrine falcon eggs specifically in the Alston area in 2006. Mr Dodsworth has given my permission to request this third part information.
This information request is very important therefore please expedite the processing of confirming if you have any information in relation to the aforesaid matters.

Peregrine Falcon Nest Sites in Alston Area.
Please supply all the information you hold on peregrine falcon nests that have had eggs illegally taken, in 2006 near the Alston area from March to June 2006. I am especially interested in any crime reports of peregrine falcon eggs being illegally taken in 2006 in the Alston area and I also want to know of there were no crime reports in relation to the aforesaid.
Has there been any police enquiries in relation to John Dodsworth taking peregrine falcon eggs specifically in the Alston area in 2006. Mr Dodsworth has given my permission to request this third party information.
Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act, subject to the information not being exempt or containing a reference to a third party. In some circumstances Cumbria Constabulary may be unable to achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed and given a revised time-scale at the earliest opportunity.
In the event that your requirements change or you no longer wish to receive a response to your request, I would be grateful if you could advise me of this as soon as possible.
There may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of the information you request. If this is the case you will be informed and the 20 working day timescale will be suspended until we receive payment from you. Dear FOI Email,
This reply is totally unacceptable. You have a duty in law to release the information and you are a public servant. I am now making an official complaint that I want recorded.
I have already been told on the phone by Cumbria's wildlife liaison officer that there is no record of a nest having eggs removed and what I want now is to have that information confirmed in writing, which I am entitle to in law.
