In doing so, we always follow robust and established procedures, which are agreed with the National Federation of Subpostmasters (NFSP), designed to protect equally the interests of Post Office Limited and the Postmaster.

Is the postmaster a Member of the NFSP.

I am writing in response to your email received by Post Office Limited ("
Post Office") on 17 December 2018, which I am dealing with under the terms
of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
This has taken longer than anticipated and we are still reviewing the
information.
In particular we consider that some of the information may be exempt from
disclosure under
Personal Information and we therefore need more time to fully consider
this and the public interest.
By virtue of Section 10(3), where public authorities have to consider the
balance of the public interest in relation to a request, they do not have
to comply with the request until such time as is reasonable in the
circumstances.
We will however provide a full response to your request by 15 February
2019 at the very latest. We are sorry it is taking longer that you have
hoped for us to deal with your request ad thank you for your continuing
patience.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of this response, you do have a
right to request an internal review. You can do this by writing to the
address below stating your reasons for your internal review request.

I don’t see how the answer to this could breach Data Protection in any way. They have avoided your question by only responding to the second question
