My request for recorded information held by the DWP is in relation to claimants who are on the Live Universal Credit and Full-Service Universal Credit. Please provide me with any recorded information held by the DWP, which states it is a legal or mandatory requirement of Universal Credit that claimants upload a copy of their CV on to their online journal.
And can you also provide me with any recorded information held by the DWP, which states whether or not it is a legal or mandatory requirement of Universal Credit for claimants to provide a copy of their CV to the DWP Jobcentre/work coach for them to examine or retain.
Please note: (a) I am not making a statement or asking a question to which I require the DWP to create an answer in relation to my request; (b) I am not asking the DWP to advise whether or not it is sound practice for claimants to upload a copy of their CV on to their online Universal Credit account/journal; and (c) I am not asking the DWP to provide me with recorded information which, in their view, provides an answer to my request.
