Dear H Pan,
TfL Ref: 1955-2223
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 7
November 2022 asking for information about an updated version of the
Oyster (pay as you go) PAYG map.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can
confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:
an updated version of the Oyster PAYG map with all fare scales as in
[1]https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/transparenc...
. The previous maps doesn’t contain for example information of Northern
Line Extension, Barking Riverside and the new Elizabeth Line Phase 2 which
opened yesterday.
We can advise that once the latest software updates needed for this map
design are complete, a new Oyster pay as you go map will be developed
accordingly. Whilst we are in the process of requiring these technology
updates to be finalised before changes to the map design can commence, we
will be in the process of incorporating the various recent transport
extensions into the new network map design in due course.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to
appeal.
Yours sincerely
Jasmine Howard
