Dear Department for Education,
I would like to request information under the Freedom of Information Act that will enable me to contact Local Authority education departments or in the absence of an LA dealing with education in a specific area, details of Multi Academy Trusts and Academy Chains. The purpose is to encourage them to celebrate excellence in education by thanking and/or entering their staff encouraging others to do so via the public not for profit organisation The Teaching Awards which receives positive support from the Department for Education and The Rt Hon Justine Greening MP herself.
Specifically I request the following data:

LA postal address
Chief Education Officer name and email address
Name of the person responsible for marketing in the education department and email address
Contact telephone number
Website address
AND/OR
MAT / Academy chain name
MAT / Academy chain postal address
Head of Education name and email address
