Dear Ms Agdomar,
Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/9809320
Thank you for your request for information received on 27 April 2020, in
which you asked for the following:
Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom
Of Information Act :-
a) addresses of all Registered Residential HMO properties that are within
your councils area;
b) the names of the owners/licence holders of those properties referred to
in (a) and the correspondence address OR the registered licence holder
address of the owners referred to
c) the date the current license expires.
My response is as follows:
Please see attached copy of our public register which holds the
information you have requested. You will see there are two tabs containing
information, this is due to a change in our IT systems which landlords use
to apply for a licence and how we issue are licences subsequently. This
has created changes to the way the Licence information is displayed once
exported from our new system. Although the information is the same overall
it is populated in different cells making it confusing if all displayed
together. Tab 1 is licenses issued on our old system and tab two on our
new system.
If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Corporate
Feedback Team. (Please note you should do so within two months of this
response.)
Yours sincerely,
Lynn Sellar

Dear Sellar Lynn,
Thank you for sending this over.
Just to be clear all information on both Tabs 1 and 2 is valid, it is just a presentation issue? I ask as there is less information on Tab 2, which I am presuming is due to the more recent licenses approved since the new system takeover?
Yours sincerely,
Simone Agdomar
