Thank you for your further correspondence which was received by the
Council on 18 November 2020. Firstly, please accept my apologies for the
delay in responding to your request.  The matter has been dealt with under
the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

I am advised that the Council’s response to your information request is as
follows.

Please see attached invoice from Derbyshire County Council for transfer of
the £200k contribution from High Peak Borough Council to Derbyshire County
Council. This was paid by the Council on 8 March 2013. The delay from the
invoice date was because we were unable to get anyone from Derbyshire
County Council to sign the paperwork to confirm receipt of the funds.
