Unsought or Authorised submission to Head of Horizon Inquiry
Dear Post Office Limited,In your unauthorised submission to Sir Wyn you claim"The organisation and hierarchy of POL was such that junior employees did not
feel able to escalate issues upwards which resulted in insufficient overview being
taken at appropriately senior levels"Can you supply incidents, dates and evidence of this because all the contemporary evidence supplied by current and former members of the Post Office payroll suggests that they fulfilled all their instructions to the letter and carried out no actions that demanded reporting to senior levels?
Yours faithfully,
john o'sullivan

Dear [email address],Thank you for a reply. Are you suggesting David Posnett and Andrew Hayward are junior staff who felt unable to pass concerns up.Stephen Bradshaw has made it clear information only ever came from the top down and he cared not for what his peers thought. He is still with you so he must have a good grasp of correct POL policy/procedure What is two people from the total of Horizon Inquiry POL witnesses as a %?
Yours sincerely,
john o'sullivan
