Dear foi,

Thanks for your very prompt reply Arron.

Hopefully it will be an easy and quick FOI request to satisfy, and I'm guessing should just be the locating, the opening and then copying of the ENF file, whatever it relates to.

Yours sincerely,

Simon Barton

Dear Broxtowe Borough Council,

Unrecognised Planning Enforcement File Reference

I am writing to please request this FOI Act information is provided to me this week, as I have two matters on Friday - a Licence Application and a Public Exhibition for a forthcoming Planning Application to which the information may be relevant.

I accept that the deadline for providing the requested information falls after that date, but as I assume it is being released anyway, I think it is reasonable to ask for it before a deadline.

Thank you in advance,

Yours faithfully,

Simon Barton
