Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
How many staff in all areas of medical service were staff recruited that resulted in a disciplinary procedure because they were Unqualified for the past 5 years.

Would you please clarify what you mean by unqualified?

Thank you for your response, however I'm still unclear as to what you mean by "Unqualified".
Do you mean that an employee did not hold a qualification they had previous stated they did or that an employee did not attend a course they had stated they had attended or that an employee was not registered with the appropriate professional body?
