I note that a "cease and desist" letter was emailed to Mr Tim Waters on 10 December 2015 (see https://thinkwhere.wordpress.com/2015/12...)
Without disclosing personal information, breaching confidentiality obligations or putting Tim Waters at risk of harm, please fulfil the following requests:
1) Provide data on complaints about the "Unofficial London Underground style passenger information signs" broken down by channel of receipt, ie:
* online form via your websites
* email
* phone
* textphone
* post
* social media (broken down by each account that was contacted)
* any other means that you hold data on
2. Provide data on resources expended on creating the "cease and desist" letter to Tim Waters broken down by:
* TfL staff time
* cost of external legal advice

style passenger information signs.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can
confirm we do hold some of the information you require.
We do not record complaints specifically in relation to ‘unofficial
passenger signage’ and so are unable to provide you with information on
how many such complaints may have been received. In any event the letter
you refer to was not written in response to complaints received from the
public but for the reasons specified within the letter itself.
The letter was produced by TfL’s Legal Department. It is estimated that
the drafting of the letter took one hour. No external legal advice was
obtained.
