Dear Freedom Of Information,

Thank you. The amount of effort it has taken to NOT answer the question, it would have been far easier to answer it really, wouldn't it.

Yours sincerely,

Ms Walker

Dear Freedom Of Information,

I asked:-
Number of commercial properties vacant

Freedom Of Information, Nottingham City Council

Some of those figures appear to be incorrect. As per our previous correspondence in accordance with section 21 of the Act the council is not required to provide information if it is reasonably accessible In order to assist you, the council can advise the published data shows there are 764 properties accounts with a NG1 postcode that currently have an empty property business rates exemption.

20 years ago as of today was 7/3/1999 and the NNDR data shows there are 4 accounts with an NG1 postcode with an empty property business rates exemption start date prior to 7/3/1999.

10 years ago as of today was 7/3/2009 and you can use the data to identify the correct figure for accounts with empty property business rates exemption start date prior to 7/3/2009. Please note this figure will include properties that have been empty for 20+ years as well.

5 years ago as of today was 7/3/2014 and you can use the data to identify the correct figure for accounts with empty property business rates exemption start date prior to 7/3/2014. Please note this figure will include properties that have been empty for 10+ years as well.
