Dear David Cooke,

As your response to my FOI enquiry is now overdue, you are breaking the law. Therefore, I am requesting an internal review and expect a prompt response within FOIA guidelines please.

Yours sincerely,

D. Speers

Dear Mr Speers,

Apologies for the delay in responding to you.

As mentioned by Jenny Berrill in response to your previous request
relating to 3 and 4 bedroom houses in single occupancy, I have to advise
you that South Oxfordshire District Council transferred the ownership of
their housing stock to Soha housing in 1997 under a Large Scale Voluntary
Transfer agreement (LSVT). This means we no longer have a housing
management role and therefore do not hold the information you require. (I
understand that you have requested details of the LSVT as a separate FOI
request.)
However, following discussions with Soha housing, I have been able to
collect information relating to your last two questions:

How many people on priority waiting list?

2698

How many people are we paying for in temporary accommodation?

Nightly paid: 6
Oxford Social Lettings Agency: 2
Joint Protocol: 18
Private Rented: 1

If you have any further questions relating to your request, please contact
me.

Kind regards,

David Cooke

Dear David Cooke,

Thank you for your response. As indicated I do have a separate FOI request in place for information on LSVT.
I appreciate your contact and thank you for your time.

Yours sincerely,

D. Speers

LSVT occurred in 1997 and all South Oxfordshire housing stock was transferred to the management of SOHA. I have asked for information on the public consultation carried out by SODC who effectively transferred public property into managed accommodation. It appears the tenants were consulted but were the public?
