Unmarked Enforcement Vans
Dear Northamptonshire Police Freedom Of Information Department,
Please can you provide answers to the following questions within the recognised statutory FOI timescales.
It's no secret that you operationally use an unmarked grey van for the detection and recording of motor vehicle offences.
1) How many such grey unmarked vans do you have in your fleet?
2) Please can you provide a list of all the different offence types (speeding, mobile phone use, not wearing a seatbelt etc) that have been recorded by your unmarked grey van/vans and a resulting notice issued?
3) Please can you include how many notices were issued for each different offence type?
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Whitehead
