Unlawfully arrested and detained by the West Midlands Police no evidence

Shamir made this Freedom of Information request to West Midlands Police Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, West Midlands Police should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Freedom of information,

I was unlawfully arrested and detained again by the West Midlands Police on Sunday 20th November 2022. I was released on Monday 21st November 2022. I did attend the hospital and then the mental hospital. Prior to the hospital I nearly strangled myself with my tshirt. The ambulance took forever to arrive and there was unreasonable delay. How long was I kept under the police custody? Why was that ?

Under the freedom of information act 2000, I would like to request all the CCTV and full details of the police officers involved throughout both days. In particular my arrest by PC4004. When I was assaulted by this incompetent public servant, it did not read me my rights. When I asked for evidence it stated that they (West Midlands Police) did not need evidence to arrest me.

How many public servants arrived on this day ? How many public servants does it take to change a light bulb ?

My laptop's, Chromebook, TV, phone's, watch, HDMI lead and MP4 were stolen by the West Midlands Police without my request and no justification was provided. I am writing under the freedom of information act what details you have to justify the taking of my equipment ? As they were expensive. My clothes and games were also thrown around in my room. Why were there empty plastic bags which my t shirts were in left ? Adding to the fact important court paperwork were left on the floor. I was intending to send a letter to the supreme court because they have requested what the court said regarding Karen.

I would like to take this opportunity to once again state that you will be unable to brainwashe me, I am anti LGBT and homophobic. I am sure you also know the lyrics of my song I am writing. I am also relying on the human rights act and my personal characteristics of a singl straight Asian Bangladeshi Muslim male.

Any gay porn and hentai found is not mine. There will be loads. I did tell this to the officers.

Long live the bat.

Kind regards,

Shamir
