RE: Unlawful deductions of council tax arrears and energy provider arrears and United Utilities (water providers) arrears And future payments from benefits.

The Social Security Administration Act 1992 section 187 states...

Miscellaneous
187. Certain benefits to be inalienable
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, every assignment of or charge on—
(a)universal credit
(b)any income-related benefit; or
(c)child benefit,and every agreement to assign or charge such benefits shall be void;......

1. Pease provide evidence as to how you are legally permitted to break the LAW by simply using a 'Scheme' to deduct money for Ctax and energy provider and Water provider arrears from peoples 'inalienable' benefits without permission from the alleged debtor.
2. Please provide evidence as to how you are legally permitted to break the LAW by simply using a Scheme to deduct money for future usage of water services from alleged debtors without their permission.
