I must advise that the University of Worcester does not have a mass communication system and therefore I can confirm a nil return to all questions posed.

Thank you for your email. Having discussed with the relevant teams, I can
now confirm the following:

1) Name of the provider of any campus safety/mass communications solution
used by the University: The University uses Callymy
[1]https://www.callmy.com/ as a safety system (e.g. for lone workers,
however it is not currently used as a mass communication system. There is
currently ongoing work to develop this aspect of the solution.

2) Current contract start and end date including any extension options:
This is on a rolling contract

3) Name of the contract signatory and person operationally responsible for
managing the solution day to day: Thomas Taylor, Assistant Director -
Security & Operations

4) Please specific method of procurement such as name of procurement
framework and whether this was a direct award or via a mini competition,
open tender etc: Direct award - mini competition
