The University holds the information you require and our answers are provided below.

1) Name of the provider of any campus safety/mass communications solution used by the University - Callmy Alert
2) Current contract start and end date including any extension options - Annual contract, recently renewed.
3) Name of the contract signatory and person operationally responsible for managing the solution day to day - Procurement Department at Cardiff Met.
4) Please specific method of procurement such as name of procurement framework and whether this was a direct award or via a mini competition, open tender etc - Direct award. Any future changes will be promulgated on Sell 2 Wales website
