Dear Legal Office,
Thank you for your response and request to clarify “actively enrolled" and “which academic years.”
The purpose of defining the students who are ‘actively enrolled’ is to determine the number of students who are currently using or could be using the university campus. Ie. Not alumni — ie a layman’s understanding of “how many students (undergrads and post grads and other students’ courses) are at the university.”
If you use another definition and description for this population, please use that, and I would be grateful if you can include the definition.
For timing, please use the date of receipt ie this academic year, or the most recent available data and in the response declare which year(s) it is for. Ie we want to ascertain what is the answers to the questions as-is at your university now.
Sincerely,
Jen Persson
